Mayan Abdominal Therapy

Reconnect with your abdomen, pelvis, and body

Mayan Abdominal Therapy is a traditional, hands-on bodywork practice rooted in Maya healing traditions. It uses gentle, external massage techniques focused on the abdomen, lower back, and pelvic region.

The work offers dedicated time to slow down, release tension, and bring greater awareness to an area of the body that often carries physical discomfort and stress.
